ALP600 Main Application

ALP600 is a 3-level online degassing unit with triple rotors and 90° swing angle. This system can be installed on special designed degassing launder for online continuous degassing, suitable for continuous or semi-continuous casting. The 3 rotors can be lifted and controlled independently. The launder bowl is embedded baffles to form and separate independent degassing sections. Rotors can be lifted individually for consumable parts replacement without interfering other rotors’ degassing. The degassing box is opened with 3 dross-removal windows, no interfering to degassing. The system fits furnaces with a capacity of15 Kg/HALmelt flow. Degassing medium: 99.996% pure dry argon or nitrogen, can be provided directly by gas center.
