Lost Ark was first released in South Korea Lost Ark Gold back in 2019, where it saw great success and built a solid player base over the past several years. It has since been released in the west with the introduction of NA and EU servers with the help of the publisher Amazon. With high expectations regarding the launch, we dived in Lost Ark to see what it has to provide.

A player's experience with Lost Ark is in large part determined by their initial class. There's an abundance of choices at the start and there are subclasses that offer distinct advantages in the game. For instance, if you're someone that likes to play a ranged DPS position, then Gunner is the right class for you. In the Gunner category are Gunslinger, Artillerist, Deadeye Sharpshooter, and Deadeye subclasses. If you're more comfortable in an auxiliary role, the Bard and Paladin have very distinct roles, but are both good choices.

It is a pleasure for players to experience how distinct every type of class within Lost Ark feels, while still being completely viable throughout all the game's content. Whatever I played, I have never felt as if I had chosen the wrong class or like I'd made a mistake along the way.

In Phase Two, Dark Orbs appear on the map during buy Lost Ark Gold Phase Two. Do not let Calventus absorb these orbs. More than four and Calventus will become stronger, causing more damage.
